The Technical Service is responsible for the preventive maintenance and the repairs of the vehicles. The Technical Service is a team of some 20 employees, distributed across our branches in Antwerp, Ghent, Charleroi, Hasselt and Utrecht.

In practice, this means that we include every vehicle in a maintenance management system, in which data is recorded, such as performed hours, defects, spare parts and repairs by third parties. The system is used as a reference for small and large maintenance sessions.
There are four workstations in Antwerp:

• Maintenance of lorries and trailers
• Bodywork and welding work
• Fine mechanics
• Preventive maintenance and solving hydraulic and driver-technical problems
  

Intervention Service
Per branch, a team of mechanics is on stand-by to immediately help a vehicle when it faces a defect whilst on location.

Training
Mechanics are constantly changing. On a regular basis, internal and external training sessions are organised (at suppliers, such as Liebherr, Grove, Demag...).
